I've spent more than a decade helping people buy and sell homes across South Orange County, from Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. I'm a Realtor® and Luxury Property Specialist (LPS) with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and an Orange County native. My degree is in business marketing, so every listing gets real strategy behind it, from pricing and prep to marketing and negotiation. With buyers, I flag the unglamorous details early, like permits, HOA rules and condition issues, so there are no surprises in escrow.
