I'm "Schore" of your Real Estate Needs!
Licensed since 1988 and selling Real Estate nine days a week since then. My passion is real estate. My clients realize that and I know that is the reason a majority of my business is repeat clients and referrals.
My expertise is from downtown Los Angeles to the Beaches, with a majority of my business in the Hollywood Hills. You'll find me driving all hours of the day and night looking at houses. I'm never driving alone, because my constant companion-Lily the Pooch-is always barking at the houses she does like!
I worked at ABC-television in Network Sales prior to Real Estate and thrive on matching the Right house with the Right buyer…it's the matchmaker in me! I enjoy the marketing aspect of listings as well as being a buyer's agent. I know about construction and design so that enhances my abilities to help my clients.
For several years I have also been employed by the trustee of the bankruptcy court to list and sell properties in the Los Angeles area.
In my spare time, which is mostly imaginary, you'll find me remodeling a house. Besides that it's socializing at Doggy Park in Laurel Canyon with Lily and her pals.
