Whether you are relocating to the area or have been here your whole life, I understand the dynamics of our economy and the local real estate market and I will put my vast network of resources, knowledge and experience to work for you! My passion for all things real estate has evolved into a career as a full time Realtor for nearly 20 years. Having first been licensed in 2001, through experience and continued education, I have achieved the highest level of licensure, obtaining a broker's designation in both Idaho and Washington. From 2005-2012, I owned and operated a successful national real estate franchise. In 2011, I started an affiliation with Wells and Company, a renowned property developer in Spokane Washington for whom I managed more than 125,000 square feet of mixed-use historic buildings in downtown Lewiston and Moscow, housing 102 residential apartment units and 12 commercial spaces. I made the move to the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associates office in 2012. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors, and the Latah County Board of Realtors for which I have served as the President and State Director. In 2017, I was honored to be recognized as the Realtor of the Year! Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of my beautiful bride Sally, our four boys and a daughter! I enjoy hunting, fishing, golf, boating and I am actively involved in community and church where I love serving the Lord as a worship leader. Serving Moscow, ID since 2001
