Todd Litchfield comes from a family of residential and commercial builders and feels right at home in the real estate business. Having grown up in and around homes in all phases of construction, Todd brings a keen eye to the quality of materials and finishes of a home. Todd has called Capitol Hill home for over ten years and has quickly become an active and committed member of the community. His civic-mindedness is reflected his ongoing support of Christ Church Washington Parish, Capitol Hill Village, and the Washington Latin Public Charter School.
