About
I'm Angie Sexton, a full-time REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Realty in Cincinnati, Ohio. For more than 20 years, I've helped buyers, sellers, and families navigating life's next chapter find their way through the Greater Cincinnati real estate market -- including Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Anderson Township, Mariemont, Oakley, and the East Side.

Real estate runs in my blood. I grew up on a small farm where my dad was a custom home builder. He put a hammer in my hand at age four and told me not to miss the nail. I never have. Through college, I worked for a residential developer building luxury homes and townhouses in Lexington, KY -- so when I walk through a house with a client, I'm reading it differently than most agents can.
I moved to Cincinnati in 1992 with no plans to stay long. Thirty-plus years later, I love calling this city home. I've been a full-time Realtor since 2003, and this market is mine. I know the neighborhoods, the nuances, and the people.
That experience has translated into results. Over the last five years alone, I've closed 141 sales totaling more than $62.7 million in volume, with an average sale price of $444,900 across a range from $250K to $1.2M. Coldwell Banker Realty has recognized that track record with multiple years as an International President's Elite recipient -- one of the company's highest production honors -- and with my designation as a Luxury Property Specialist. I've also earned a consistent place in the top 4% of all Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. But what I'm most proud of is simpler than any of those numbers: the clients who come back, and the ones they send my way.

I'm a proud member of the Cincinnati Cycling community -- a group that has meant a great deal to me personally -- and there's no better way to know a city than from the seat of a bike.
