Nēv Schulman was born and raised in the vibrant heart of New York City, where the city's diversity and constant movement shaped his curiosity and commitment to connecting with people. Best known as the host of MTV's hit series Catfish, Nēv spent years helping people navigate the complicated intersection of love and identity in the digital age. In 2020, he charmed audiences again as the runner-up on Dancing with the Stars.

Beyond television, Nēv has been deeply committed to philanthropy. He has worked with Dance Against Cancer, raising funds and awareness for cancer research; The Urban Justice Center, advocating for marginalized communities; and Achilles International, empowering athletes with disabilities to participate in mainstream sports.

Today, Nēv is a licensed real estate salesperson, bringing the same empathy, trust-building, and problem-solving skills that defined his TV work to helping clients navigate New York's competitive housing market. Away from work, he and his wife are proud parents to three energetic kids, embracing the beautiful chaos of family life.
