Frank Schenk

About

Frank is originally a native of Tokyo, Japan, and has been a resident of Hawaii since 1979, the last thirty-plus years on the Big Island of Hawaii. Frank started his professional business career focusing on real estate development and managing luxury residences in Tokyo, Hawaii, and Southern California. In 2000, he joined Hualalai Resort, home of the Four Seasons Resort as the Director of Residential Services where he brought his expertise in property management and guest services. He served on the Resort’s Design Review Board, helped create and implement the Resort-wide Emergency Plan with Civil Defense, and was the liaison between the Resort and the Four Seasons Hotel.


Frank’s deep family ties and early business years in Japan have allowed him the opportunities to have strong connections with the Japanese market. Not only is he bilingual, but he also understands Japanese customs and culture, making him a trusted and reliable partner in transactions representing Asian buyers.





Frank is a dedicated hard worker, extremely honest, and a strong negotiator that places himself in his clients' situations. Typically, his clients end up becoming friends long after completing a successful transaction.




Frank has traveled the world and has resided in Japan, California, Washington, and Hawaii. He has chosen the Big Island of Hawaii to settle and raise his family as it offers a cool tropical climate, world-class resorts and hotels, private schools and hospitals, a low crime rate, and various types of outdoor recreation. Frank has always stressed that purchasing property in Hawaii is an opportunity to enjoy a lifestyle enjoyed by many.
