Glenda Gerbstadt heads the Gerbstadt Team and is primarily assisted by Howard Watts, her Business Partner. As your Real Estate Professional & Consultant, Howard's philosophy is to enable his clients to achieve all their real estate goals while providing outstanding service at every point of contact. Howard started his business career in Manchester, England with a multi-national insurance company before moving to their world headquarters in Perth, Scotland. After 16 years in this career, Howard came "across the pond" and joined Glenda's already thriving real estate business. Howard has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and is proud to be a Certified Luxury Property Specialist in Coldwell Banker's Global Luxury program and to have obtained the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. Howard is also proud to hold the e-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors for his knowledge of the digital marketing techniques of today.
