Annie Challis has fast become a top producer in the Real Estate industry representing both buyers and sellers from Downtown to Beverly Hills to Malibu and all areas between in Los Angeles. Her attention to detail and up-close-and-personal hands on way of dealing with her clients for buying and selling has them returning time and again and recommending her to family and friends. Annie was born and raised in England and worked at Capital Radio in London as both an on-air talent and program producer. She moved to Beverly Hills some 26 years ago to live and became President of personal management company Stiefel Entertainment. For eighteen years she looked after the careers of artists including Rod Stewart, The Bangles and Patti Smyth.
Annie has her broker's license with Coldwell Banker South in Beverly Hills, has ePro certification endorsed by the National Association of Realtors for strong online marketing ideas, presence and visibility, and she has Brokers Price Option Resource Certification (BRO) enabling her to accurately price the value of a home.
