Catherine Moon, here. I live and work in the southern Rocky Mountains of northern New Mexico in the Village of Angel Fire. Prior to that I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for thirty plus years, getting some hard-core business experience that has helped me immensely in the ever-changing world of Real Estate. Getting right to the point: When you sell real estate, participating in activities in the area you serve is invaluable. Flipping pancakes at the Rotary July 4 breakfast, serving on local Boards, participating in local activities, etc., all help to really understand the community that you serve. I do that. My goal is to sell the total package – not just a house, but the land, the lifestyle, the location to things you like to do, and all things that you have told me are important to you. I am patient and will work with a buyer until the pieces of the puzzle come together. And, a sense of humor is essential in navigating the journey to a new home, and often a new start in life. I am not writing a novel, but am a full-time real estate agent, which may sound boring to some, but not to me.
