Jason began his Real Estate career in 2003 as a Realtor at one of the top Real Estate Firms in Del Mar and Carmel Valley. He joined a leading North County Coastal Real Estate Team and quickly rose to the top of the company; becoming the Lead Agent, Manager, and Mentor to other agents on the team.
He and his team worked on a wide range of projects; such as Traditional Home Sales, Luxury Fine Home Sales, New Construction, Remodels, Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Land Sales.
In 2013, just a year after Pacific Sotheby's International Realty was founded, Jason was offered a position with the company based on his outstanding reputation. A year later he founded the Mentor Program, becoming Director for all of San Diego County. In 2017, Jason led his team to a record-breaking $70 million in closed sales, and now holds the title of 'Most Successful Real Estate Mentor Program' in San Diego County.
