Christi Finnell

About

Christi Finnell is a trusted real estate professional and passionate advocate for seniors, serving Northwest Houston and the Lake Conroe area as a Top 10 Producer with Coldwell Banker in The Woodlands. She is known not only for her market expertise, but for her ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and compassionately with seniors and their families during major life transitions.

As a Designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP), Christi focuses on helping older adults navigate downsizing, relocating, aging in place, and other housing decisions that often come with emotional and logistical challenges. She takes time to educate both seniors and their families, ensuring everyone understands the process, options, and next steps-so decisions are made with confidence, not pressure.

Christi's communication style is intentionally geared toward the senior demographic: clear explanations, thoughtful pacing, and consistent updates. Her long-standing involvement in a seniors ministry since 2018 has further shaped her empathetic approach, allowing her to connect on a personal level while honoring dignity, independence, and peace of mind.

Whether guiding a client from contract to close, helping a family plan a smooth transition, or creating a strategy for aging in place, Christi leads with integrity, honesty, and care. From a first home to a last home, she is a steady, knowledgeable partner every step of the way.
