An original member of The Jills® team, Felise brings an extensive background in home design and fashion to her work with clients. She studied marketing at Pace University in New York City. Her exceptional attention to detail and experience as a certified property management specialist, as well as an independent business owner of a flooring company, prepared her for her more than 25 years as a luxury real estate marketing specialist. Prior to focusing exclusively on luxury real estate, she was also an integral part of Twery's Antiques, a well-established business, owned by her family for many years, in Miami's Design District. Along with her unwavering dedication to customer service, Felise provides a wonderful personal dimension to The Jills® brand, which has led to longstanding client relationships. She has a proven track record of providing superior service to her buyers and sellers. Her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market enables her to confidently guide each client, creating an outstanding personal experience.
Felise is involved with a number of different philanthropic causes, including A G-d parent of JAFCO, which provides services to abused and neglected Children. The Guardian Angels at Holtz Children's Hospital at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the Humane Society, and numerous other causes. The Jills® played an integral role in Coldwell Banker's national network/Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's October 2017 initiative to donate, ship, load, unload and sort supplies for victims of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. In her spare time she loves being outside doing speed walking on the Ocean boardwalk, spinning on her Peleton, going on visits to Biscayne Animal Hospital. She has rescued kittens, and actually she has three rescues of her own. Zephyr, who was found inside a Zephyrhill Water vending machine, Rue who was rescued from getting run over on a highway and Bleau who was born and lived under the boardwalk behind The Fontainebleau Hotel. She loves mentoring and reading non-fiction along with watching movies.
