About Us: Jill and Bob have a combined 30 years plus helping people shelter the ones they love. We help our clients make intelligent well-informed decisions when acquiring or liquidating real property. We have both been residents of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for over forty years and our knowledge of the area is both broad and deep. Jill is an avid golfer and bowler while Bob loves to fish and cook. On rare occasions Bob will accompany Jill out on the golf course for a golf lesson or Jill may grace Bob’s fishing boat. Prior to entering the real estate industry we owned a full service advertising and marketing company and there developed skills which have transitioned well into real estate marketing and sales. Both Jill & Bob believe in helping clients make educated fully-informed decisions. Analysts: Today’s real estate marketplace is complicated and challenging. The complexity of the market has been exasperated by many foreclosures and lender mediated short sales. In this environment there is no substitute for detailed analysis and market understanding. To make certain this does not happen to our clients we gather information from public and private sources then analyze the information and present it. This insures that your decisions are based upon full current information about the market and the subject property.

A strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a vision. To help our clients achieve their vision we listen and ask questions. We help you determine if your vision is attainable. If it is; we work with you to form a strategy to make your vision a reality. This will save time and needs to be done whether buying or selling. If you are buying we want to know how you will live or occupy the property, what features are most important to you, are there special needs that we should be aware of, how long do you think you will own the property, if you are financing what level of payment is comfortable, do you anticipate any changes that would impact your enjoyment of the property, do you want or are you willing to make improvements to the property after you take possession? These are a few of the questions that will help us develop a strategy and plan of action that is right for you. If you are selling we should know things such as: What is your ideal timeline to close a transaction, what things do you like most about the property and neighborhood, have you made recent improvements to the property, do you have ideas about the type of person who would be a good candidate when we market your property, what things are you able and willing to do to get the property ready for marketing, will there be limitations on our ability to show the property to perspective buyers? Your answers to these and other questions combined with a thorough analysis of the current market will yield a strategy to capture your vision.
