Business Philosophy Allyson graduated in 1971 in British Guiana and entered the Financial world for 7 years after which she got into sales and human resources and finally in 1987 she joined the real estate industry. After being a part of the sales and management world Allyson decided that Real Estate was a very natural choice. She spent 8 years with Marriott and Pacific Monarch then rejoined Coldwell Banker because Real Estate was the most gratifying and gave her the most satisfaction.
