Personal Background Rita, is no stranger to the Senior Market. She has held her real estate license since 1980 and re-entered the industry in 2000. Prior to that time she and her former husband owned and operated a successful floor covering store in the San Gabriel Valley for 27 years. Many of their clients were seniors which makes Rita is very knowledgeable in the needs and wants of the senior market.
