Debbie Stump

Debbie Stump is a real estate professional with The Rubio Group of Coldwell Banker Elite, a residential real estate and commercial brokerage firm, and top producer. She is a member of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, focused on helping families relocate to and from Virginia.

A native of Pittsburgh, she spent several years living in Georgia and Maryland with her husband and children before settling in Northern Virginia in 2007.

Debbie is the spouse of a military retiree, moving multiple times. She understands the stresses involved with buying or selling a home, carrying her personal experience to help clients meet their goals and needs. Debbie has worked with clients to determine the right price range and the right fit to make sure homeownership is a rewarding experience, using her professionalism and can-do attitude to find the right match for a client.  Debbie will make sure clients are receiving the most up-to-date information to include trends, comparable sales, and property values.
