Real Estate has been in my blood my whole life. My family started Coldwell Banker Elite over 40 years ago. So much has changed in the industry since then, and we have been at the forefront of those changes every step of the way.
I have worked my way through just about every department here at CBE. Being a Managing Broker is by far my favorite yet. I get to spend time with and support some of the most energetic, successful agents in the area. I love coming into work everyday thanks to them.

I used to joke that I was born into a real estate career. Growing up in the family business, it felt less like a choice and more like a destiny. But as I’ve built a life here, I’ve realized we choose our path every single day. And every day, I feel incredibly fortunate to choose this one, surrounded by my family, my community, and the amazing people at Coldwell Banker Elite. My journey started right after college. With a marketing degree in hand, my brother and I launched a real estate team. We decided to do things differently. Before it was standard practice, we were using video and social media to tell the story of a home, creating marketing that felt more like a conversation. That creative approach helped us build a loyal following and even sell out a $20 million brownstone community in Downtown Fredericksburg. Those early days taught me a lesson that defines my career: the standard way is not always the best way. That belief in creative problem-solving has guided me through every chapter of my career. As I transitioned from sales to leadership, I took on the role of Director of Business Development, where I managed the Relocation Department for Coldwell Banker Elite. Our team achieved Platinum status, the highest performance award in the relocation world, for five consecutive years. Our success helped position our brokerage as one of the Top 25 in the entire Anywhere Real Estate Network. Later, as the Managing Broker of our Spotsylvania office, I focused on helping our agents see what’s possible when you combine a positive mindset with disciplined daily habits. Now, as the Vice President of Operations, I get to apply that same passion for creative thinking and agent development across our entire company. Today, my role is a unique blend of leadership and active practice. I oversee operations for the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in Virginia for 14 years running, a brokerage recognized as a Chairman’s Circle company for its elite performance. But I never lose sight of what matters most: helping people solve their real estate puzzles. For my clients, that means I’m more than just an agent. I am a tenacious advocate who looks at a challenge from every angle to find a path forward. When a deal gets complicated or a property seems hard to sell, that’s when my 15+ years of experience and creative marketing background truly come to life. For our agents, it means having a leader who has walked in their shoes and is obsessed with finding better ways to serve clients and build sustainable businesses.
