Originally from Tennessee, Derrick relocated to South Florida after obtaining degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Florida. Since joining The Gayle Borden Group in 2000, Derrick has excelled in the roles of Marketing Director, as well as a highly efficient and detail-oriented Transaction Manager, and now as a successful member of the sales team. He has an innate ability to understand the needs of his customers and to effortlessly guide them through the myriad of critical steps required to ensure smooth and successful closings for buyers and sellers alike. Derrick holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts and is a gifted theatrical performer, director, and educator.
