Services My background includes residential and commercial transactions. I have acted as a Sales Associate, Broker-Associate and Broker Manager with oversite of as many as 25 agents concentrating on "mixed portfolio" business. This experience has enabled me to attain Coldwell Banker Previews International status due to the quantity of "high end" residential properties I have sold and CB's Residential Community Commercial accreditation allowing me to manage a commercial property portfolio, as well. It is my strong belief an agent's market needs to be "an inch wide and a mile deep" not "an inch deep and mile wide". For this reason, I have focused primarly on Sarasota's North side and you will find me just as interested (and capable) in handling your residential or commercial opportunities.
Areas of Expertise I have been a licensed real estate agent in Sarasota since 2000. My area of expertise is Sarasota's "north side". This includes a wide variety of residential homes and also the commercial corridor of US 41- North Tamiami Trail. I am equally capable of handling a commercial transaction as a single family home sale. My resume of "closed deals" illustrates a creative ability and tenacity to manage complicated contracts. Being the past president of the Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation and the Director of Sarasota's Tour of Historic Homes for 9 years has also given me a great deal of experience in dealing with preservation, renovation and historic designation issue
Vision My professional vision is to concentrate on "micro markets" insuring I can provide a strong, differentiated level of service to my clients. These "micro markets" include the commercial corridor known as North Tamiami Trail, the residential neighborhoods lying to the west and east of this commercial district and historic homes and properties located throughout the area. Areas of concentration include the Indian Beach Sapphire Shores neighborhood, the Bayou Oaks neighborhood, the Central-Cocoanut Historic District and the commercial properties on Sarasota's north side.
