Known by colleagues and clients for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty and fairness, Courtney also has a reputation for her timely response to clients' needs and concerns. Courtney has worked in the real estate and home building industry since 2000. She brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, customer service and home building to her position as a real estate agent, and she offers clients an outstanding level of service.
Courtney is a 12th generation native of Montgomery County, Maryland and her family has been buying, and selling real estate in Maryland, Virginia and DC for over 100 years. In fact, her family has an incredible history in the area that many people might recognize as they drive Veirs Mill Road (her maiden name is Veirs), play golf at Lakewood Country Club (her great grandparents' farm) or attend Wooten High School each day (her grandparents' land).
And while Maryland and its surrounding areas remain a big part of her life, Delaware has Courtney's heart. Growing up she frequently vacationed with her family at Sea Colony, which left a lasting impression and ultimately led her to make this area her permanent home. Courtney has a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University and currently lives Ocean View, Delaware with her husband, Marc, and son, Samuel and three rescue dogs.
Courtney is a member of Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce and supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Brandywine Valley SPCA and All Mutts Matter Animal Rescue Organization.
