Her career began at the renowned Jon Douglas Company, where she learned the art of marketing luxury homes from the pioneers of residential real estate in Los Angeles. After many successful years, she was recruited and accepted a position at Coldwell Banker Los Feliz, where she has remained since 1997, earning numerous sales awards and designations and the appointment of Associate Manager in 2002. In 2003, she became a Global Luxury Property Specialist and joined a group of worldwide affiliates who are committed to representing the most exceptional properties.
Ms. Hipolito is the foremost expert in Los Feliz and Silver Lake real estate, residing here since 1966. She is California and Los Angeles native with a wealth of local knowledge about the history of the unique and noteworthy residential and commercial properties throughout the area. At an early, she developed a fascination with construction and design of architects whose homes were literally in her backyard. Studying these magnificent homes became a passion. She has shared this passion with her clients, introducing countless families to this community and becoming a de facto curator of homes in the neighborhood.
