Jeff has been involved in all facets of Real Estate since becoming licensed in 1986.
Jeff is a Coldwell Banker Nationally Certified Global Luxury Specialist and is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Resort Property Specialist. Jeff Lives and works in Antrim County and has specialized in Vacant Land Sales for the last 5 years. Knowledge of all aspects of selling land in Antrim County from zoning to well, septic, surveying and mineral rights are some of the critical aspects in determining value. Jeff also maintains lists of Buyers looking for Antrim Land.
Jeff has been involved in luxury home marketing his whole career with several highlights spending 10 years as Vice President of Sotheby's International Realty working training luxury brokers, and agents, in the Western Hemisphere. Jeff also worked three years as Director of Luxury designing, and implementing, luxury marketing programs for the Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies.
