95% of the time I absolutely love my career. Everyone has their own style of doing business.
Recently, I have been spending a higher percentage of my business practice with buyers. This is truly my passion. Finding the right home to meet as many of my client's requirements is an accomplishment of pure joy that fuels me. The thrill of the "hunt" and negotiation is still as ecstatic for me as it was in 1991. Calming seller's nerves with cooperation and consideration is paramount. Moving forward with integrity and confidence is the core of my business.
Born on the east coast and first moved to the west coast when I was four years old. I then moved to the Canadian British Columbia Gulf Islands at the age of 8 and lived there until I was 18. I moved back to Southern California where I have resided since. Previously, I worked at Redwood Realty in the Marina then joined the Malibu and Westlake office in 1991. Currently, I am handling 15 leases in addition to my listings and am a short sale expert. I am an active participant in the Coldwell Banker Community Foundation as a Board of Directors member, Susan G. Komen, Malibou Lake Mountain Club, Ltd. and OLM. I have an intense enthusiasm for the Boston Red Sox, Trojan Football, kayaking and speed walking. I am a mother of three adult children who loves to support them in all their activities of choice.
