Bob Frame is a unique combination of real estate broker (not just salesperson) and real estate attorney, with expertise and experience gained over many years in listing, marketing, selling & negotiating contracts on residential estate ranging from primary and secondary homes to investment real estate and luxury homes through the Coldwell Banker Realty Global Luxury Program.
As a fifth-generation resident of Chester County, Bob knows the Chester County real estate market and home values intimately. Growing up in an auction family, Bob learned early on from his parents the importance of hard work, careful planning and giving back to the community. Bob has a special place in his heart for those of this parents' generation who have lived and raised families in the area. Even when he went away to attend law school, there was no question that he would return to live, work and raise a family in Chester County.
Bob combines his talents with other professionals in the area to make Chester County a better place to live. In addition to being an active Rotarian, Bob has volunteered as the auctioneer for such charities as the YMCA, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Simpson Senior Services, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Chester County Bar Association, the Armenian Sisters Academy, the Boy Scouts of America, the First Tee Program of Chester and Delaware Counties and numerous local church and youth based organizations. Bob is also a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Tri-County Realtor Association.
