About Me
Beth Chang is an experienced real estate professional who knows results matter - whether you re representing a home buyer or seller. Her commitment to excellence results in trust and loyalty among her clients. Known widely for her professionalism, real estate knowledge and high degree of ethics, Beth has established her business throughout the Hawaiian Islands with a specialty in Oahu s luxury market.
For more than 25 years, Beth has been able to continually produce superior results in a changing and competitive market. 2006 was a phenomenal year for Beth as she added to her list of achievements. In recognition of her 2006 performance, Beth was the first sales associate in her company to earn the national distinction of Coldwell Banker s Society of Excellence for her significant achievement in sales production. To date, she is one of only four sales associates in Hawaii who received this distinction. Beth has consistently received Coldwell Banker s International President s Premier award, ranking among the top 1% both nationally and locally. In 2016 she was top producer for Coldwell Banker and is a eleven-time recipient of the Hawaii Business Top 100 Realtors, since this program began in 2006.
Beth generously shares her knowledge with her colleagues and enjoys mentoring and training agents. In 2015 Beth was awarded the prestigious Founder s Award, presented to the sales associate who best exemplies the foundation which our company represents, demonstrating a positive spirit, a high degree of professionalism and lives our Core Values daily. And, she has been awarded on three occasions the Agent s Agent award, which is voted on by her fellow sales associates and given to the associate whom you would most like to be like.
Beth has been a panel member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors for a total of six years. This panel hears arbitration and ethics disputes from members of the public as well as agents and Brokers. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Beth was a paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco and brings a strong background in contracts and problem-solving to her real estate practice.
Beth brings the same intensity to all areas of her life. Among her many pastimes is a passion for ballroom dance, and prior to the long hours in real estate was an active participant in our local Community Theatre. She also enjoys her King Charles Cavalier and traveling with her husband, when time allows.
