Hello, my name is Brandy Duncan, Real Estate Professional, Luxury Property Specialist and Commercial Specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty, Winter Haven. I am married to my longtime husband, Shannon, and have two amazing boys, Bryce and Jack. I am a lifelong resident of Central Florida and formerly worked for 17+ years in the Fire/Rescue service with Polk County Fire Rescue. Our family hosted many international students from several different countries over the years and we love our time and experiences with them a continue to keep in touch through the years.
After leaving the fire service to spend quality time with our two boys, I quickly realized I am too energetic and engaged to be a stay-at-home mom. I have always had an interest in real estate and embrace the opportunity to continue to help others fulfill the American Dream. I feel it was the perfect professional transition.
