Ann Turnberg boasts more than 990 successful home transactions, $260 million in sales volume, and 35+ years of experience as an award-winning REALTOR® and broker associate. She is co-lead of the Turnberg Swallow Team at Coldwell Banker, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage and most visited online real estate brand.
As a top-producing REALTOR® in a top-producing office, Ann is well-known in the region for her expertise on local markets, trends, and best practices. Ann's approach places a client's needs, desires, and lifestyle at the center of their search for the best-fit community and home. Her market analysis combines property-specific and market-level data to best inform and educate sellers and buyers as they set and meet their real estate goals.
Ann began her career specializing in relocation, a service area she continues today. She has worked with top executives from LEGO, Hasbro/Milton Bradley, Baystate Health, MassMutual, Hallmark, UMass, Monsanto, and MGM Springfield, among others. As an accomplished and influential agent in the region, she was responsible for bringing the DeWolfe Companies to Pioneer Valley in 1997, having recruited 42 agents to open the Longmeadow office. DeWolfe was acquired in 2002 by Coldwell Banker, where Ann has associated and grown her business ever since. At the time, DeWolfe Companies was New England's largest residential real estate company-a title now held by Coldwell Banker.
