Throughout her 25 years of selling Real Estate, Ann has helped hundreds of clients from all over the world to successfully buy and sell homes. With experience as an interior decorator, Ann is able to assist her clients in realizing the full potential of each property she represents. A genuine Mid-Western girl, Ann grew up in Toledo, Ohio. Ann moved to Denver upon graduating Indiana University in 1973. She is married to Dr. James Patterson, a local Denver Ophthalmologist. She has two children, Robert and Elizabeth. Robert graduated from the Colorado School of Mines and works as a Mechanical Engineer in the Denver area. Elizabeth graduated from Lehigh University and works as a CPA, also in the Denver Area. When not working with Buyers and Sellers, Ann enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with her family and friends in Colorado.
