Khiva Beckwith

Born in Bend, Oregon, I grew up with Central Oregon in my bones. When I was young, my family moved to Smithers, British Columbia, a beautiful mountain town tucked away in a pretty remote part of northern BC, where I spent eight years before making my way back to the Pacific Northwest. That small town, mountain life shaped who I am.

Real estate has always been part of my world. My dad was a respected contractor, and working alongside an investor early on only deepened those roots. It felt less like choosing a career and more like coming home to one.

I've lived in Sisters for 21 years now and there's nowhere else I'd rather be. I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and investors across Central Oregon, and my knowledge of this market, the neighborhoods, the hidden gems, the nuances, is something I bring to every transaction.

Life outside of work is full and fun. My husband is a law enforcement lieutenant and a fly fishing guide on his days off. We're empty nesters now, which is its own adventure! Chance is a financial advisor in Bend, Hope just graduated from Oregon State and is heading into her master's program, and Hudson is down in San Clemente in EMT school and the fire academy. So proud of all three of them. Holding down the fort at home is our French Bulldog Lola, the queen of everything!
