Prior to joining Warburg Realty, Evelyn was a co-owner of a luxury retail and wholesale footwear firm. She was involved with all aspects of the business and specialized in public relations for the company, making it one of the most recognized footwear brands in the country. But it was her love of New York architecture that resulted in a tough decision to change careers and become a residential broker. From the very first moment that Evelyn joined Warburg Realty in 1996 she knew that this was the career for her. She proceeded to win Rookie of the Year in her first year of business and has had a very successful career since then. A consummate professional, Evelyn never departs from her high ethical standards while striving to forge productive relationships with all of her clients. She is sensitive to her clients' needs and feels that their time is of the utmost importance. For buyers, she is expert at evaluating the possibilities for their purchase and for sellers, she is adept at defining the marketing strategy that would work best for their property. A native New Yorker, she has extensive knowledge of all things New York and has sold apartments, lofts and townhouses throughout Manhattan as well as in Brooklyn and Long Island City. Her total dedication is apparent from the beginning. She employs the latest tools available in social networking and embraces all of the newest technologies. In her quest to avail herself of the most recent opportunities in continuing education, Evelyn has recently become a New York Residential Specialist certified by the Real Estate Board of New York.
