Background: Building on my 20 year career in Real Estate, I draw strength from my earlier 15-years of experience in the legal world, where I served as litigation support for a distinguished law firm in Miami, Florida. The transition into the realm of Real Estate Contracts, Deadlines, and Documents felt somewhat seamless. In 2004, I obtained my Colorado real estate license, beginning and to date continuing my journey with Coldwell Banker Realty. As a Broker Associate, I've had the privilege of representing both Sellers and Buyers in a wide array of real estate transactions. My deep-rooted connection to the Foothills, where I've been a resident in Genesee since 1993 and a local business owner, has given me a solid understanding and love of life in our mountain and metro communities. Over the span of two decades, my expertise has grown and adapted, experiencing changing markets, price points, and gathering specialized knowledge in the diversity of our market areas .
