She has a long record of successfully guiding people home and is a true specialist in the Oakwood area. With two Masters degrees, one in psychology and one in marketing, it is obvious how much help that has been in this job. She is greatly involved in her local real estate community. This was recognized when she received the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year for 2004. Most recently she received the prestigious DABR Distinguished Career Award in 2020. She also served as the President of the Dayton Board in 2007. In addition to these awards, she received a special honor in 2016 from the Ohio Association of Realtors; the Distinguished Service Award. This is given to only one Realtor® in the state of Ohio, each year. Georgiana has also been on the Research and Advisory committee of the Ohio Real Estate Division, appointed by the Ohio Real Estate Commissioner. Georgiana has served multiple stints on the Executive committee for Ohio Association of Realtors and served as District Vice-President for district 5.
