Oconomowoc has always been my home; so I have grown up with the opportunity to enjoy the unique Lake Country lifestyle, especially the lakes! Passion for real estate is at the core of everything I do, and I enjoy my role in working as part of the Spheeris family business. My father, Jon Spheeris, has been involved with real estate and development for over 40 years, so I have grown up watching and learning from him. Two of the greatest values he instilled in me were the importance of working hard and providing excellent customer service. Beyond that, the core values I have learned from my partnership with Coldwell Banker complement my own personal values. Trust: I want to get to know every customer and client and their specific needs. Honesty and integrity are important to me in building this trust. Innovation: By my partnership with the forward thinking brand of Coldwell Banker, and by staying abreast of new trends, technologies and marketing strategies, I can provide my customers and clients the best the industry has to offer. Collaboration: Every transaction is a partnership between me and my customer or client. I also focus on building other beneficial relationships in the industry to help facilitate smooth closings. Business Acumen: Competence is key in this industry. While my college experience affords me knowledge in finance and real estate, I also believe in the importance of continued education to stay on top of new standards, trends and business skills. Customer Focus: The customer or client is the most important part of every transaction, and providing excellent customer service is essential. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors and working on cars! Both are things that I find relaxing after a long day.
