I have over 11 years of exeperience and joined the local Coldwell Banker office in Lakewood Ranch in 2018.  During this time I achieved Sterling Society recognition multiple times honoring top Coldwell Banker agents, globally. I also focus on education to improve my knowledge and skills, proving my dedication to a high level of professional service. My certifications include Luxury Property Specialist (LPR), Accredited Buyer's Repreentative (ABR) , and in 2023 I completed 105 hours of coursework to receive my certification with the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI).  I have also been awarded membership into The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing to amplify my abilities to position your properties in the top-end of the market.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, which is beneficial to access a wider network of buyers and sellers for my clients.
