Joel has been an agent with Coldwell Banker Realty for his entire 12-year real estate career, beginning in the Ventura County area as an agent in the offices that he will now manage. Joel most recently conducted his real estate sales as an agent in the Calabasas office and successfully mentored and assisted in training multiple “Rookie of the Year” agents. Joel is a Texas native who moved to California in 2003. Prior to considering a real estate career, he was a top performing salesperson and ultimately a manager in the automotive industry.
