Abbey Parsons has been proudly serving the Spokane and North Idaho community for over 11 years. Originally from rural North Dakota and a graduate of the University of Utah, Abbey and her husband, Cole, have called Spokane home since 2011. She quickly fell in love with the area’s four seasons, outdoor opportunities, and close-knit community, building a thriving real estate career with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. As part of a dedicated team, Abbey shares their passion for helping families find their way home, a motto she truly lives by.
Before her real estate career, Abbey was a professional ballet dancer and hotel manager for Marriott. These unique experiences instilled in her the discipline, professionalism, and people-focused mindset that she brings to her work in real estate every day.
When she’s not working, Abbey’s world revolves around her family. She and Cole are busy raising their son, Haines, who is now an energetic and curious kid. Together, they enjoy all the incredible outdoor activities this area has to offer, including bike riding, snow skiing, and water skiing. As a family, they love to explore Spokane’s vibrant community and take trips to experience new cultures and cuisines, always seeking out fun and meaningful adventures.
Abbey is deeply passionate about connecting with others, building lifelong relationships, and helping families find their perfect place to call home. Spokane and North Idaho are not just where she works—they’re where she thrives and where her family has planted roots.
