With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Sue Pence is an award-winning Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Marin County, California. A Marin resident for more than 55 years, Sue brings clients an exceptional depth of local knowledge, including insight into neighborhood trends, properties, climate, schools, and the unique character of the communities she serves.

Sue's listings and real estate expertise have been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, The New York Times, and Marin Magazine. She has also appeared on the national television program House Hunters and has been profiled, along with her clients, in feature articles in Marin Magazine.

Before beginning her real estate career, Sue spent 23 years as a teacher. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University and a Master's degree in Education. She also brings 23 years of teaching experience to her client-focused real estate practice.
