Indeed, Deborah's relationship with our company harks back to familial bonds; her father had a long professional history with Lori’s parents, Charles and Millie Hendricks, the original founders of Apex Realty in 1973. Since assuming the role of Managing Leader at the Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors Rockwall Office in 2012, Deborah has consistently leveraged her expansive industry knowledge and experience to empower her team of real estate agents. Her phenomenal leadership style is evidenced by her success in expanding the team from 85 to 150 accomplished agents, while simultaneously overseeing an astounding 15,539 transactions.
