Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Monika Suhnholz has called Austin home for several decades. She quickly fell in love with the city's unique charm and the warmth of the Texas community. Since launching her real estate career in 2005, Monika has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer and is recognized as a Global Luxury Agent and Certified Relocation Specialist with Coldwell Banker. She is consistently ranked among the top 3–5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and has been a proud member of Platinum Top 50 for the past ten years.

Monika's success stems from her strong work ethic, upbeat attitude, and ability to quickly understand each client's unique needs. Her long-standing involvement in the Austin community and commitment to providing exemplary service have earned her a loyal client base, both locally and internationally. With roots in both Europe and the U.S., she's particularly attuned to the needs of global clients relocating to Central Texas.

Before entering real estate, Monika built a diverse career rooted in exceptional customer service. After earning her degree in hotel management, she worked at the prestigious InterContinental Hotel in London and the iconic Four Seasons Hotel in Munich. In 1997, she became the General Manager of Austin's first professional men's soccer team. That same year-the team's inaugural season-she was named Executive of the Year by the United Soccer League. She also served on the League's Executive Committee, where she was the only woman among its members.

Passionate about causes that support children and families, Monika proudly supports organizations such as the 4ATX Foundation, Soccer Assist, Austin Angels, Heroes for Children, and LifeWorks.

She and her husband, Joe Thesing, enjoy cheering on Austin FC, attending live music and theater performances, and staying active with running and outdoor fitness. They live in Northwest Austin with their beloved dog, George.
