I began my career in real estate in 1997 and built a successful business in Westchester Country, NY, just north of Manhattan. In 2005, I switched to management and led a hugely successful office in Katonah-Bedford, home to bucolic places and a coveted lifestyle. I moved to Charlotte in 2015 as part of the expansion of the Realogy-owned Coldwell Banker offices in the growing Carolinas region. Beginning with 7 agents, our office has grown to 86 agents doing about $35 Million/Month or $450 Million Annually in business.
The office here has MLS Memberships in the greater Charlotte area, Boone NC, TRIAD region, TRIANGLE, Brunswick County and various South Carolina locations. Our agents handle both residential and commercial transactions, utilizing the latest resources to facilitate successful closings.
We continue to outpace the market and I am always looking to bring in new talent and coach them to the next level of productivity. I believe that being a realtor requires a diverse set of skills. The most important quality is the ability to remain flexible. A good listener will always be able to guide the client towards their needs. Technology has been a driving force in the industry now for the past two decades and I expect that successful agents will know how to use it to manage time, transactions and marketing.
