Born in Southern California, my 2 sisters, brother and I grew up playing on kegs of nails and lumber in our parent's general contracting business. Life took an exciting turn when we moved to Honolulu Hawaii and all worked together in the family hardware and lumber business operating four successful stores for over 20 years. During that time I was actively involved in my husband's general contracting business where we were buying homes to "fix and flip" or building new construction "spec" homes ranging in size from 2,500 SF to 6,000 SF. With working in retail and construction trades for so many years it became a natural transition to become a Realtor and joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. While living in Honolulu we had a second home in South Lake Tahoe for 10 years, and when ii became time for my parents to retire the family all moved to beautiful Lake Tahoe. I joined Coldwell Banker McKinney in the year 2000 which has now merged with Coldwell Banker Select as of July 2021. I am a member of the International President's Circle which is awarded to the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents in the world, Coldwell Banker Luxury Property Specialist, past president of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year in 2005. I continue to hold a Hawaii RE License and remain actively involved in the South Tahoe Assoc. of Realtors Professional Standards, Education & Community Service Committees and have the South Lake Tahoe Area Specialist Designation.
