Hi, I'm Matt Walker -
I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, serving homeowners across Central and South Florida.
After nearly 7 years working in real estate, I was offered the opportunity to join the Coldwell Banker Miami Beach office - one of the top-producing brokerages in Florida. It's an honor to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the business.
In 2024, my sales performance placed me in the top 12% of Coldwell Banker agents, earning me the International Sterling Society Award.
My journey to a career in real estate was shaped by personal experience-I encountered several frustrating situations working with real estate agents as a buyer and seller myself. Those experiences linger in my memory every time I work with a client. Thus, I provide my clients with consistency, punctuality, and open & honest communication.
I was born and raised in Pinellas County near Madeira Beach, I come from a family deeply rooted in Florida's history. Including that my grandparents unknowingly possessed the oldest known map of Tampa Bay which was featured in an article in the Tampa Bay Times !
When not working, you can find me at one of the many great beaches and parks Florida has to offer like Redington Beach in Pinellas County, the Deering Estate in south Miami-Dade County, or Bok Tower Gardens in Central Florida.
