Hi! My name is Matt Walker. I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. I work with homeowners throughout Central and South Florida to sell their homes. After nearly 7 years working in real estate, I was offered the opportunity to join the Coldwell Banker Miami Beach office - one of the top producing offices of any brokerage in Florida. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry! In 2024 my production for sales placed me in the top 12% of all Coldwell Banker agents earning me the International Sterling Society Award. ​Before beginning my career in real estate, I had poor experiences with several real estate agents while trying to buy and sell my own homes. Those experiences linger in my memory every time I work with a client. Thus, I provide my clients with consistency, punctuality, and open & honest communication. I split my time between Central & South Florida, selling in communities throughout the Tampa Bay, Orlando and South Florida regions. I was born and raised in Pinellas County near Madeira Beach. My family has a long history in Florida which affords me a unique knowledge of the history of Central and South Florida passed on to me from my parents and grandparents. Including that my grandparents unknowingly possessed the oldest known map of Tampa Bay which was featured in an article in the Tampa Bay Times ! When not working, you can find me at one of the many great beaches and parks Florida has to offer like Redington Beach in Pinellas County, the Deering Estate in south Miami-Dade County, or Bok Tower Gardens in Central Florida.
