Extensive continuing education to help keep me abreast of market trends and license law. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. I have attended Leadership Training and received the (LTG) designation. I also am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). (e-PRO) designation: National Association of Realtors Designation. It trains realtors to do the best up to date internet marketing possible. (PMN) designation: an extension of training offered through the Women's Council of Realtors: It teaches management and negotiating skills needed to make the whole real estate transaction process go smoothly. PIC-Professional Image Consultant designation: It will help sellers 'stage' their home. It prepares a home 'less is more'!! I've been an approved REO (foreclosure) Specialsit since 2006!
I received my SRES designation in 2013, so I'm certified to be a Senior Real Estate Specialist, which helps people over the age of 55 with purchasing a home and that different types of financing that maybe available to them, as well as modifiying their home to meet special needs Certified Relocation Marketing and Referral Specialist: I've had experience of working with several of the large relocation companies, including the Cartus Network Referral Specialists(CNRS), Wiechart, Surva, Long & Foster etc... I've found that you need an agent that is willing to work with the 'TEAM' approach while serving the clients needs.
Personal In 1999, I received the 'Realtor Associate of the Year Award', given by the St. Charles County Association of Realtors. In 2002, I received the 'Member of the Year Award' from the Women's Council of Realtors, St. Charles Chapter. In 2005 I was chosen 'Realtor of the Year' from the St Charles County Association of Realtors. In 2010 I was chosen as 'Entrepreneur of the Year' for the Women's Council of Realtors, St Charles Chapter
