Stefan grew up in New London and has always loved the rural way of life. He attended the US Air Force Academy and then moved west to California to pursue a career in aviation. He earned his flight instructors license in helicopters and flew commercially in Los Angeles and San Francisco. By 1995, Stefan decided that he wanted to come back to the town that he knew and loved as a child - a place with a higher quality of life. He became one of the top brokers in the State of NH, selling many of the premiere properties both on and off the water throughout the Lake Sunapee Region. His client list includes top CEOs, professional musicians and actors. He is the Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles with 10 offices and 150 agents serving central and northern New Hampshire, eastern Vermont and western Maine. He holds Coldwell Banker's prestigious Global Luxury Certification and has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.
