Awards The National Association of Realtors awarded Elaine K. Sheehan 1973 - 2013 the status of REALTOR EMERITUS. In recognition of forty years of Membership in the National Association of Realtors and in recognition of valuable and lasting contribution to the Real Estate Profession in the Community.
A Multi-million Dollar salesperson, Elaine has attained the Executive and Sterling Society rankings. Realtor of the Year, of the Local Board of Realtors. Member of the Year for the Women's Council of Realtors. CRS and GRI Designations.
Experience
Elaine specializes in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables and Kendall. She has purchased and sold homes in all of these neighborhoods. As the daughter of a corporate executive she knows and experienced many corporate moves.
She has lived in South America, New York, Pittsburgh, and Miami. She has assisted many major corporate relocation employees such as: Allegiance, Citicorp, GE, IBM, Kraft Foods, Lucent, Miami-Dade Aviation, Merrill Lynch, Ivax, U.S. Army, Bausch and Lomb, the United Nations any many more. Her forty years plus of real estate experience provides a wealth and depth of knowledge for her customers.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, University of Miami. She entered in the Real Estate Profession in 1973, graduated from the Realtors Institute, and attained the designation of Certified Residential Specialist in 1989.
She is also a Certified Relocation Specialist. With many years spent in service to the local Board of Realtors, she chaired the Professional Achievers Committee, and the Education and RPAC Committees; was also past President of the Women's Council of Realtors and chairperson of various other committees.Professional Philosophy

The National Association of Realtors awarded me Realtor Emeritus for 40 years of service on the Kendall, Perrine and Coral Gables Board of Realtors as committee member and chairperson of the Education, Legislative and Professional Achievers.
