Maria has been married to Rob for over 30 years and they have one son, Matteo. Matteo currently attends DeKalb High School and is an active member of the DeKalb-Sycamore High School Swim team and DeKalb County Swim Team, hosted by the Kishwaukee Family YMCA. Family life is paramount to Maria and in her free time you will see her out with her family at local events, eating at local restaurants, attending swim meets, traveling, and enjoying her family time
