Franne Schwarb

About

Franne and her late husband Mark met in New York City and married in 1971. By 1980,
their family of five had settled in the Atlanta suburbs. She began her real estate career
there in 1991 after being a stay-at-home mom.

In 1996, Franne's husband took a job in Charleston, and she brought her real estate
expertise to the Lowcountry. She was a site agent at Dunes West selling lots and
collaborating with custom builders. When Dunes West changed owners, she went to
general brokerage and has been helping buyers and sellers ever since. Franne has
over 30 years of real estate experience and loves what she does.

Franne is a REALTOR® and is bound by the National Association of
REALTORS® code of ethics. The code ensures that REALTORS® cooperate to further their clients' best interests.

Franne was the CTAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2018. She is a licensed Broker and a Lifetime East Cooper Top Producers Club member.

Franne treats her clients like they would want to be treated and never
forgets the goal: a smooth transaction from contract to closing. She laughingly says she
works 25 hours a day, seven days a week.
