She looks beyond the headline price to financing, contingencies, concessions and timing, helping sellers assess the strength of an offer and its potential effect on their net proceeds.

For buyers, she evaluates price, condition, location and potential expenses while pursuing favorable terms, repairs and seller contributions where appropriate. For condominium and waterfront purchases, she helps clients identify questions about association fees, assessments, insurance, maintenance and property restrictions, coordinating with qualified professionals when specialized review is needed.

EXPERIENCE SUPPORTED BY RESULTS

Christine's sales experience includes distinctive properties, complex transactions and relationships that continue across multiple purchases and sales.

At the Ritz-Carlton-managed Beach Residences on Lido Key, she listed and sold Residence #501 for 97.94% of its original asking price.

She also represented the buyers in a $6 million purchase at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, guiding them through a multiyear new-construction journey from purchase decisions through closing.

Her experience includes representing clients in both the purchase and eventual resale of properties. At L'Ambiance on Longboat Key, one such property recorded a $600,000 gross price increase, or 31.58%, between purchase and resale. A West of Trail property on Datura Street recorded a 38.86% gross price increase across transactions in which she represented the clients. These figures reflect changes in property sale prices before ownership costs, improvements and transaction expenses.

Christine also marketed and sold Sarasota's historic Boathouse and Lighthouse at 433 N. Osprey Avenue, featured on HGTV's Zillow Gone Wild, representing both sides of the closing. Her work with distinctive homes combines property storytelling, targeted outreach, professional relationships and persistent follow-through.
