Doug Fuzzell has been a full-time REALTOR since 2013, a Property Manager since 1998 and works hard to provide his clients with an excellent real estate experience. Raised in a Military family, Doug has the background, expertise and knowledge to serve the Military community in Mayport, NAS Jacksonville and families on the move across Northeast Florida. Prior to being a full-time Realtor, Doug earned a Business degree from the University of Central Florida with a major in Finance. Utilizing his education, Doug worked in the Financial Services industry as an Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, and with local insurance and brokerage companies such as Della Porta Group. Doug gained his client's trust and actively worked to help clients achieve their goals. Doug understands that you need to work with a real estate professional you can trust. Doug is a certified PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), which helps him give insight into the actual value of the homes in the area. Doug had also retained a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation which gave him a solid foundation in real estate, as well as in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process. When Doug is not working as a real estate agent, he is spending time with his wife, Judy or visiting his two wonderful daughters and grandchildren. He loves to travel and is always looking for a new beach to enjoy.
